Five days. Twenty minutes each day. Two pages minimum, more if they come.

Your brain will try to edit. Your hand will want to slow down. That is the censor doing its job. Outrun it.

Nobody reads this but you. Nobody grades it. Nobody sees the pages.

After five days, you will have a stack of raw, unfiltered writing. That stack is the raw material for everything that comes next. Do not throw it away. Do not read it yet. Just let it sit.

Day 6, you go back in.
